Had that happen to me a couple of months ago and back then it was enough to just change my password. My account stopped sending spam immediately after.
That is strange because I think that mine got hacked too. I have been getting many mailer daemons from everyone I have emailed in the last day or so and emails with links in it from myself. This sucks. These hackers need to get a life.
