9- A scene you really wanted to be in the movies, but wasn’t?


Well as a slasher I know I want lots of sexy and hot Harry/Draco action that just wasn't in any book or movie *pouts*


I would have liked it if they showed us Dumbledores funeral. I would have also liked it if they didn't gloss over Fred's death, I also wish they could have explained more about Snape and his story in HBP.




Also in DH I would have liked it if they would hve spared a couple minutes for Dudley to redem himself.


In all seriousness though if we could have just seen Harry and Draco kiss(Dozens of times) all would have been forgiven ;)

I agree I would have liked more on Fred, Remus and Tonks. Also Duddly and Dumbledor's funeral and Snape. Hell I'd taken a near kiss between Harry and Draco ♥ *hugs* :)

I must admit I'm not a big fan of the films -- no reflection on the actors, just that I think film adaptations rarely do the books justice!

I have to absolutely agree with you on Dudley though. That was a huge moment in the books -- that boy had bullied Harry systematically his whole life, and then he's trying (clumsily) to make amends, and they just leave it out. I suppose that's the problem when the people interpreting the books for the screen, aren't lovers of the books like we are. So that would just seem like a throwaway moment to them!!

Also, Harry's green eyes!!!!!

Books are usually better than they movies. I know Harry has green eyes and I believe the contacts irritated his eyes when he was little.

I agree, there should have been more Harry/Draco, and Fred's death, though that would have been very painful to watch.

It would have been painful but if they would have just given it more screen time like he deserved.

yes, I agree... it is way too bad that the Dudley/Harry scene got left on the cutting room floor... at least we got it in the deleted scenes.

yeah they cut some pretty important scenes while leaving some that were absolutely pointless... makes ya wonder what they were thinking!! <3
