Having a hard time reconciling Dan sitting in front of the boob tube watching the super bowl. Is he even in America rn?

I'm not sure were he is after Ellen. He was so excited though when he talked to her about Football and what team he was rooting for to win.

I'm sure he is still living in NY though, he adores that city and I understand why he would want to live there.
