A yummy pork chop recipe :)

I have a recipe to share with you guys it was soooooooo good.
Marinated Baked Pork Chops:
1 T soy sauce 1 t lemon juice
2 T vegetable oil 2 T brown sugar
1 T Worcestershire sauce 2 T Ketchup
6 pork chops,trimmed
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce,vegetable oil,Worcestershire sauce,Lemon juice,brown sugar and ketchup.
Place pork chops in a medium baking dish and spread with 1/2 the sauce.
Bake pork chops 30 minutes in a preheated oven. Turn, and spread with remaining sauce. Continue baking 30 minutes or until internal temperature of the chops has reached 160 degrees F(70 degrees C).

Date: 2011-07-21 05:21 pm (UTC)I make a sauce from mustard, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and ground cloves and ginger and marinate my end cut chops in it. Then I bake them in a casserole with the sauce. They're good that way too.
