I have a recipe to share with you guys it was soooooooo good.


Marinated Baked Pork Chops:

1 T soy sauce 1 t lemon juice

2 T vegetable oil 2 T brown sugar

1 T Worcestershire sauce 2 T Ketchup

6 pork chops,trimmed

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)

In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce,vegetable oil,Worcestershire sauce,Lemon juice,brown sugar and ketchup.

Place pork chops in a medium baking dish and spread with 1/2 the sauce.

Bake pork chops 30 minutes in a preheated oven. Turn, and spread with remaining sauce. Continue baking 30 minutes or until internal temperature of the chops has reached 160 degrees F(70 degrees C).

that sounds so yummy! you come up with the best recipes. i'll have to make this but when the temps drop. it's too hot to put on the oven. glad you tagged it so i can find it later. :)

We decided to bake instead of grill it's far to hot to cook outside *sighs*

Sounds really delicious. I bet it smells wonderful when it's baking, too.

I make a sauce from mustard, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and ground cloves and ginger and marinate my end cut chops in it. Then I bake them in a casserole with the sauce. They're good that way too.
