he's the writer of angels & demons, Da Vinci code, etc. He's a mediocre writer but his books are very popular, and have been turned into movies. I haven't read them but I love the movies :)

a brilliant warped genius indeed! i've never read any of his books... well, i tried to read misery, but failed. i have seen a good chunk of his adapted films and i can't think of one i didn't like.

i've seen both of those and liked them. the langoliers, the stand, carrie, stand by me (the body) and cujo are good film adaptions. of course that's only going by the film. we all know the books are better. too bad i don't have the tolerance for reading novels. :P
