I'll re-post this recipe for Surprise Bottom Cupcakes in case anyone wants it...

Surprise Bottom Cupcakes

I box of chocolate cake mix as per directions

Filling: 8 oz cream cheese,1/3 cup sugar,1/2 t salt,I egg mix together and add 6 oz chocolate chips.


Mix and drop by teaspoons on batter in cups. Frosting optional....Bake as directed

I frost them with whipped chocolate or whipped cream cheese frosting both are so good. :)

Oh, I remember one of my childhood friend's mom making these...I always loved having snack time over at her house *g* I never thought to go looking for the recipe because I didn't know what they were called, but now I have it! Yay \o/
