Cheese Soup


2 cans cream soup (celery, mushroom or chicken - I swear by celery)

1 cup beer or milk

1 pound cheddar cheese, cubed

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Put all ingredients in Crock Pot except croutons. Cover and cook on Low for 4-6 hours (High 2 hours, stirring occassionally). Serve in warm bowls, top each serving with crisp croutons.

This is simple and It's how I usually make meatballs(Meatballs are good with the cranberry or mix grape jelly with chili sauce or ketchup). Roast is *yummy* to :)

I'm in a recipe sharing mood today I guess....


4-5 lb oven roast
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can jellied cranberry sauce

Pour the soup mix into the crock pot. Trim some of the fat off the roast and lay it on top of the soup mix. Spoon the cranberry sauce over the top of the roast. Mightily resist the urge to add water to the crock pot. Cook on low for 10-12 hours (depending on size of roast.) The cooking juices can be thickened for a delicious gravy.
