Happy meme fourth day

This is my fourth day of my happy meme. I'm so happy that I got frosted sugar cookies last night at my Christmas party I went to with our goody exchange. I brought Pumpkin bread with chocolate chips in it and got my absolute favorite cookie in exchange. *yay* :) Of coarse the family also loves them and helped me out with most of them being gone today before I got up but I still have a few more.


I just thought I'd post this picture of my favorite flower as well it reminds me that their is beauty in the world. Even in winter. Love you all *squishes*

Real life stuff

Well as some of you may know about me I'm pretty optimistic. I'm a glass half full person. Lately though it's getting frustrating because Christmas is coming up and Home Depot has slowed down so much (were Mr.Lijahlover works) that the last three checks he brought home have had a balance of 0. That's makes it so hard to do anything when it's just my check from my part time job and child support check from my son's dad. I make hardly anything at all and we also need groceries and to pay bills. *Yuck*

It makes it hard to enjoy Christmas when this stuff happens you know. We're hoping for something to change real soon and have someone buy anything from him. I'm still trying to hope for the best. Keep us in your thoughts and prayers. They are at least giving me more hours this week than uaual at work.
